Overview:

Join the flagship estate agency branch in Norwich! An award-winning team seeks an experienced Mortgage Broker to collaborate with existing introducers, handling 10-12 new mortgage appointments weekly. Deal with an average property size of £280,000, while managing mortgages up to £800,000, with an earning potential of up to £110,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

• Office-based whole-of-market Mortgage Advisor role.
• Daily new mortgage appointments and full access to the existing client database.
• Offer comprehensive mortgage and protection advice.
• Handle mortgages for properties up to £800,000, with an average case size of £2,500.
• Benefit from a sliding commission scale, earning £250 to £625 per case.
• Aim to sign up 2-3 mortgages per week.

Key Skills:

• Previous mortgage advice experience.
• Fully qualified with CeMAP or CF1 & CF6.
• Working knowledge of associated protection products (life, critical illness, IPP).
• Clean credit history, a full UK driving license, and no criminal convictions.
