My client are part of a larger group which include 5 independent estate agencies, a residential and commercial finance arm and management of over 1,000 properties throughout Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting time to join a highly successful, growing, reputable organisasion. This is an employed role which offers a basic Salary of GBP25k-GBP30k + uncapped commission. This position will cover all of market but candidates from a banking background will also be considered favourably.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

• Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goals
• Provide expert advice on mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment terms
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation
• Evaluate clients' financial information to determine their eligibility for mortgage loans
• Collaborate with lenders and underwriters to secure the best mortgage terms for clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in mortgage products

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• CeMAP qualified
• Valid driving license and use of own vehicle
