Rubicon s client is a forward-thinking, flexible employer, specialising in mortgages and lending. Their head office is based in Wimborne in Dorset, however the majority of their team s work hybrid or fully remote. Due to their continued success and recent growth, they are looking to add a Mortgage Advisor to their established team of professionals. Our client prides themselves in how the treat their customers and to ensure they are providing the highest level of service, they ve introduced this new role with flexible hours to fit around their customer s availability but also, your lifestyle!

Salary and Benefits include:

• Flexible working hours (Ideally 4 days between Monday Friday & Saturday 9am-1pm). Happy to consider working hours outside of standard office working hours.

Your responsibilities as Mortgage Advisor will include;

• Providing your customers with advice and recommendation on services you can offer
• Identify and advise on customer needs for Mortgages
• Actively manage and track enquires
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting and affordability requirements
• Proactively pre-empt issues with regards to customers and resolve problems arising
• Attending events to promote products and services

As a Mortgage Advisor you will have;

• CeMap or equivalent qualification
• Mortgage Sales/Advice experience within the Financial Services Sector
• A knowledge of mortgage related protection and insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
