The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a Mortgage Advisor for the brokerage, you'll be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network.
It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
Mortgage AdvisorKey responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
• Maintain clear communication between the support, administration and protection teams

The Employed Mortgage Advisor Package

• Office based / Hybrid / Remote
• Basic Salary: £25k - £32k
• Leads Provided
• New business Commission 20%
• Client bank Commission 40%
• Administrative support

The Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor Package

• Office based / Hybrid / Remote
• Leads Provided
• Leads Provided Commission 35%
• Leads self-generated 65%
• Administrative support
