Mortgage Advisor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our New Business team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our members. You will work alongside a highly experienced and supportive team of Mortgage Advisors, contributing to our culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. With a strong understanding of the mortgage market, you will guide our members through the application process, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to our members, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and compliance.
• Work proactively to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the New Business team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and stay updated on industry trends to enhance service delivery.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification is essential.
• Proven track record of success in mortgage advising and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the mortgage market.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving positive outcomes for members.
