SalaryMy client, a fantastic, forward thinking mortgage brokerage are looking to hire a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to support their busy, award winning team based in Gateshead.
They have a strong work ethic and are a close knit team who offer outstanding client service, they are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service.
Duties will include.
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries from clients, lenders and conveyancers.
- Progress mortgages throughout the underwriting process.
- Compliance tasks.
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
- Liaising with solicitors.
- General administrative duties.
Personable Attributes.
- Experience of mortgage administration or financial services.
- Personable with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisation and administration skills.
- Attention to detail, methodical and thorough.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Can work quickly to tight deadlines.
