This means there is no need for you to spend time networking for leads and finding your own additional business if you don’t want to!

They are currently seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their team on a Self-Employed basis but with the guarantee of high lead volumes.

The successful Adviser will benefit from a well-established, professional, and forward-looking company, enjoying comprehensive administration support at no cost, empowering you to concentrate on delivering exceptional service to your clients. 

Your duties will include but not limited to:-

• Ability to prospect and organise meetings
• Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations.
• Provide high quality professional mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
• Explain required insurance and Protection products so that clients can make informed choices.
• Communicate effectively at all levels
• Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescale
• Keep up to date with new Mortgage and Protection products and changes in mortgage regulation
• Maintain generic knowledge of the Financial Services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary
• Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the brand.

Skills/Requirements:

• CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification
• A positive attitude and excellent team communication
• Looking to progress your career to the next level
• Client-orientated with high customer service skills and communication
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Minimum 1 year+ experience of dealing with clients face to face/over the phone
• Commuting distance of Leeds
