SalaryDue to continued expansion, our client is actively seeking an experienced and self-motivated Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join their team on a permanent basis. Based at their Fylde Coast branch, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the following key responsibilities:
Mortgage Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their mortgage needs, and deliver tailored advice.
Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends to offer clients optimal solutions.
Protection Planning: Provide guidance to clients on appropriate protection products, including life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover, ensuring holistic financial security.
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and guidance throughout the Mortgage and Protection processes.
Compliance: Ensure all advice aligns with industry regulations and company policies.
Networking: Proactively establish a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
The ideal candidate will hold a CeMAP Qualification, demonstrating a solid understanding of Mortgage and Protection products. They should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and demonstrate a results-driven approach with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
In return, our client offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment within a growing organisation.
