A boutique Financial and Mortgage Advisory business with offices in Lymington, Southampton and Portsmouth.
The Director of the business is now dedicating more time to the wealth side of the business, so is looking for an experienced Mortgage broker with an in-depth knowledge of Southampton and the surrounding areas to handover his established client book to.

Advisers are constantly undergoing comprehensive training and personal development, setting the bar high when it comes to company standards and providing a high-quality service, maintaining long term relationships with clients.
The Mortgage and Protection Broker Role
As the Mortgage & Protection Broker for the company, you will be provided with an existing book of clients that have a long-established relationship with the business. It will be your responsibility to nurture these existing clients alongside growing and developing new clients for the mortgage & protection side of the business.
You will need to be an established Mortgage & protection Broker with an in-depth knowledge of the local Mortgage market, and a broad knowledge of mortgage & protection products and cases.
It is important that you have the knowledge and experience to work autonomously, taking ownership of the mortgage department and be the driving force behind its continued growth and success.
The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package
- Employed up to £35k (negotiable)
- Commission: Validation then 25%
- Remote / Hybrid / flexible
- 20 days holiday + Christmas & Bank holidays
- Leads: Existing client book & Self-generated
OR
- Self Employed
- 75% Commission on self-generated
- 25% Commission on leads provided
- Admin support available on a cost per case
Mortgage and Protection Broker desired skills and experience
- Cemap Qualified or Equivalent
- Experience Mortgage & Protection Advisor
- Ability to generate new business & maintain existing clients
- Motivated and driven to succeed.
- Passionate about the Mortgage industry
- Desire to be an integral part of a growing business
