Form of workOur client, a progressive and growing independent Mortgage Broking firm, is looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Broker who is based in or near to Liverpool.
You will be provided with around 25-30 potential client appointments each month, all pre-booked into your diary for you. Clients tend to be employed, working in Finance roles, and it is expected that the average loan size will be circa £200,000. The meetings will be a combination of face to face at the clients’ offices, and over Teams. They will be booked to take place over two or three days each month.
The role is self-employed and offers a 40% split to the Broker on all net bankings (after network costs etc have been taken). It is anticipated that, once up and running successfully, you should quickly be earning at least £30,000 pa, and much more going forward.
You will be working from home, but need to be able to go to Liverpool on a regular basis for client meetings.
Post application administration support is provided if desired.
To be considered, you must have the full CeMAP qualification and, ideally, R05. You must also have had at least 18 months recent experience in a Mortgage and Protection Broking role.
