Our client is a leading mortgage brokerage with a strong presence across the United Kingdom. They are partnered with well established, market leading estate agency brands across Berkshire and the surrounding areas, and are now looking for a Mortgage Area Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across multiple branches and promote further growth in the area.

You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of brokers across multiple branchesSetting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer serviceProviding coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potentialIdentifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your regionMonitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitiveCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success
Skills and Experience for this Mortgage Area Manager role
Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership aspirations will be consideredMust hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing teamAn in-depth understand of mortgage products and servicesTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsFull UK drivers licence requiredHow to Apply:
