Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with and strengthening relationships with lenders.
- Building client case files, collating necessary documents and information.
- Packaging finance deals and presenting them to our lender panel.
- Negotiating with lenders to ensure we achieve the best results for our clients.
- Liaising with a wide array of professional services such as lawyers, surveyors, architects and business owners and ensuring a smooth and efficient progression of each loan, preventing deal fall through.
- You will help to set and achieve ambitious targets and will chase down opportunities and see them through to completion.

While finance experience is preferred, if you have worked as an Office Manager, PA or in another administrative field, handling a large volume of documentation accurately and efficiently we welcome your application.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and the competitive landscape
- Manage new bridging, BTL, development and commercial mortgage cases from application to completion
- Create case files and collate and organise client and project information
- Proactively manage our deal pipeline
- Nurturing clients and providing exceptional service
- Liaise with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, BDM's & surveyors
- Manage smaller opportunities in order to transform them into bigger revenue streams
- General office administration such as answering calls and managing large volumes of emails
Requirements:
- Experience working in administration handling a large volume of documentation requiring precision and efficiency
- Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (an upbeat and outgoing attitude is a must)
- Experienced and proficient in general admin
- Interested in financial services, lending or property
- Strong commercial acumen
