The ideal broker partner would be entrepreneurial, ambitious and love what they do.
Key Responsibilities:
Mortgage Advisory Services:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their financial needs and goals.
- Assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, offering tailored solutions that align with their individual circumstances.
Business Development:
- Generate new business and client leads through networking, referrals, and other strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
Revenue Generation:
- Take control of your income by earning between 70% and 80% of all revenue generated.
- Implement effective strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and meet financial targets.
Autonomous Schedule:
- Enjoy the flexibility of managing your own diary, allowing for a better work-life balance.
- Take charge of your schedule to accommodate personal and family commitments.
Lead Generation:
- No leads provided
- Rely on your skills and network to generate your own leads and build a robust client base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, demonstrating a strong track record in the industry.
- Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the mortgage market, regulations, and products.
