Role: Mortgage Business Introducers (Outbound calling)
Location: Derby, Pride Park
Pay: 11 p/h
Hours: Hours vary between 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday

Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a client who specialise in the Mortgage Industry offering specialise mortgage advice and services. They are looking to recruit Mortgage Buisness Introducers to join their team on a temporary basis which can lead to permanent full-time hours. No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided.

About the Mortgage Buisness Introducers Role

The role centres around selling Buildings and Contents Insurance from a web-based quote system although the role is based in the office. You will be making warm outbound calls to existing customers to discuss their mortgage and financial situation with a view to booking in a further telephone appointment with a Senior Advisor for further discussion.

The successful candidates will be put through a relevant qualification by the client further down the line so can use that for career development.

What will I be doing in the Mortgage Buisness Introducers role?

Making outbound sales calls from warm leads (all clients have opted in to receiving calls to discuss their mortgage product)
Generating mortgage appointments and other financial associated products
Maintaining excellent customer service
Logging information into house database
What will I bring to the Customer Service role?
No previous sales experience is necessary as full training will be given.
Previous customer service experience is ideal.
Confident in making outbound telephone calls.
Good, clear, friendly telephone manner
Bubbly, friendly, outgoing, and able to be adaptable.
Wanting to earn lots of money.
Confident and loves exceeding targets.
Resilient and confident handling objections
Professional communication with ability to use initiative.
Driven with a determination to succeed.
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills

Where is the Mortgage Buisness Introducers role be based?

The role is based in Pride Park, Derby, therefore if you live in Derby or the surrounding areas, and are flexible with travel, then this is only a short distance. The client is also a short walk from the training station and has bus stops a short way also. Free on-site parking available.
