Customer Service Support - Mansfield- 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

More details on the role:
-Process mortgage payments
-General mortgage administration tasks
-Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, and e-mail/postal communications
-Handling mortgage completions
-Providing a professional and efficient service to existing mortgage customers and brokers
-Carrying out system testing, which also improves knowledge and experience
-Dealing with correspondence and associated administrative tasks
About you:
-Excellent Customer Service skills
-A background in Mortgages- extremely desirable
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong IT skills
