 Mortgage Customer Service Support (Administration)

Hours: 35 per week 9:00am – 17:00pm/ Monday – Friday

Salary: Negotiable.

Location: Mansfield

Contract Type: 12-month fixed term contract

 

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Mortgage Customer Service Support (Administration) to join our client based in Mansfield on a permanent basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out a variety of mortgage administration tasks
  • Processing mortgage payments and redemptions
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, and e-mail/postal communications
  • Handling mortgage completions, including liaison with solicitors and communication with customers
  • Providing a professional and efficient service to existing Mortgage Customers and brokers
  • Carrying out system testing, which also improves knowledge and experience
