Mortgage Regulated Trainer

An ambitious mortgage broker based in London is seeking a Regulated Broker Trainer to work with the team of brokers to identifying potential training and development needs and putting in place training to address potential gaps.

3-days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging bespoke training and development for brokers
• Working with the Head of Sales to ensure all training needs are addressed and delivered
• Driving broker activities in line with strategic objectives.
• Use data, metrics and KPIs to identify how to continuously iterate your performance
• Driving broker lead conversion activity in line with strategic objectives.
• Building ongoing relationships with Brokers
• Ensuring Broker KPIs are maintained and remain relevant
• Undertaking regular 1:1s with a designated population of Brokers

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage and Protection intermediary markets
• CeMAP qualified
• Ability to identify training/development needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement within a Broker/Adviser team
• Understanding of mortgage and protection advice proposition and Advice process
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

£40-50,000 base salary
