Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager: -
- Coaching, training and supporting a team of 10 Mortgage advisor's to hit their KPIs
- Extensive Mortgage Experience.
- Management experience within a mortgage/estate agency environment
- Strong Track record of working in a targeted environment.
- Leadership and Management Experience.
- Background in Estate Agency preferred
- Motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
