About you
You don’t need mortgage experience as we will give you all the training and support you need but we are looking for good experience in customer service and evidence of working in processing and / or administration. You'll have experience of dealing with more complex pieces of work and will be comfortable in a fast paced environment. You'll be accurate and keen to learn with the ability to deal with our customer’s enquiries and problem solve when needed.
