SalaryNJR Recruitment are excited to be able to share this new opportunity for a Motor Claims Assistant Manager working with one of our clients based in Manchester City Centre.
Our client is currently building on the success they have achieved in the last few years and are now looking to bring in a new Claims Assistant Manager to join the team.
As Claims Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing your own team of Motor Claims Handlers, providing quality support and mentoring to ensure SLAs and targets are met and exceeded. You will also provide one-to-one support with each of your team members to ensure they are happy and developing in their roles.
In addition, you will also be required to handle your own caseload of Motor Claims, therefore claims experience is a must.
This opportunity will be well suited to an experienced Team Leader/Manager with a good background within the Motor Claims industry and technical knowledge of Credit Hire/Personal Injury.
In return, you can expect to receive a salary in the region of £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience. This position is to be based full-time in the Manchester City Centre office.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A strong background in Motor Claims with proven experience of working in a Team Leading or Managerial capacity.
- Good technical knowledge of Credit Hire, Personal Injury or both.
- Ability to manage your time effectively, being required to both manage a team and handle your own claims caseload.
- Able to provide a high-quality support to others, both in a team and one-to-one basis.
- Be committed to supporting the development of members of staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, able to adapt to individuals from different backgrounds and personalities.
