What will you be doing as a Motor Claims Handler:
Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with all aspects of Motor Claims from first notification. Duties will include:
· Handling first notification Motor Claims
· Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
· Effectively prioritising and managing your own claims portfolio (to final settlement if experienced
· Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
· Identifying and referring fraudulent activity
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Previous experience in a similar Motor Claims Handler role with handling first notification
· Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
· General Excel skills

· A salary of £24,000 to £27,000, depending on experience
