The Role

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Regulatory Crime department, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients subject to CPS prosecutions and Police investigation relating to the road traffic accidents. Cases will include; death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by careless driving, drink driving, speeding etc.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE
• Experience of handling Motor Crimes matters (prosecution experience will be considered)
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
