This is a mainly office/home based desktop role working as part of a team that delivering the claims operations business plan helping to ensure that the company meets business growth targets.
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of vehicle image estimating systems
- Experience of agreeing and negotiating damage repair costs
- Working knowledge and application of repair methods and times
- Detailed understanding of vehicle valuations and total loss negotiation methods
- Understanding and application of salvage categories and management
You will have an understanding of Audatex and Glassmatix and knowledge of Thatcham Escribe would be advantageous but not essential.
