Would you like to pass on your knowledge and skills to the engineers of tomorrow? DNCG are looking to recruit lecturer in Motor Vehicle to challenge and inspire the next generation of engineers.
If you have an Engineering background, whether practical or academic, and would relish a new challenge working in our state-of-the-art Engineering Department, then we want to hear from you!
The purpose of the role is to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experience to a cohort of engineering students. You will work alongside our Lead Practitioners to develop and deliver outstanding teaching and learning, embracing, and implementing new technologies into programmes of study.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, qualified and knowledgeable in your subject area. You will build relationships both across the group and externally with industry partners to further enhance the teaching and learning experience and encourage progression into industry.
DNCG offer development and progression opportunities to actively support our team, providing you the platform and resources to maintain currency in industry knowledge.
We are looking to diversify the experience of our DNCG teaching associates, we value both industry and academic experience – did you know that you could work as a Lecturer while being supported through your teaching qualifications? Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
