Role DescriptionAs a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality teaching and assessment in the relevant subject areas. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent standard of education and training while actively encouraging and promoting student learning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering an effective teaching program within the Motor Vehicle discipline.
- Sharing your skills and knowledge with learners, motivating them to achieve their goals.
- Maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.
- Developing responsive ways of working that cater to learners’ needs.
- Monitoring and evaluating progress and teaching practices.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about the progress and achievement of their learners.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Hold a relevant Motor Vehicle qualification at level 3 or above.
- Be willing to work towards, or currently hold, a teaching and assessment qualification.
