Motor Vehicle Technician

Job Summary:

We at Madeley Heath Motors are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician and MOT tester to join our team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, but also working on Isuzu and Renault's as a main dealer, you will be required to attend manufacturer training and technical updates when required by the manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

- MOT testing

- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using schematics, diagnostic equipment, and your mechanical knowledge

- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs

- Test vehicle systems to ensure they are functioning properly

- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering their questions

Qualifications:

- MOT tester

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician required to level 3

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Pay: £32,593.00-£38,000.00 per year
