Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 (Depending on Experience) Plus OTE £45,000 Uncapped

The Role;
We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and highly organised Vehicle Technician to join our team to assist in providing high quality and efficient vehicle servicing for our customers. There has never been a better time to join – our Aftersales facility is about to get a full Audi refit to bring us bang up to date with the latest dealer standards of 2023. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Service Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to put your technical expertise to use and solve complex technical issues, whilst gaining new skills and exposure to new vehicle models and methods of working.

What experience do I need?
You will be a team-player who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where there are set processes and procedures. You must be a level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification and a full UK driving license. Ideally, you will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing and have a strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Ability to carry out MOT’s is a plus, but not essential as full training will be offered
What will I do on a daily basis?
· Carry out scheduled vehicle servicing of all vehicles across the franchise brand portfolio in line with manufacturer guidelines.
· Conduct electronic visual health checks (eHVC) on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
· Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service.
· Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with both internal and manufacturer requirements.
· Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date.
· Contribute to local and companywide process improvements and innovations.
· Mentor and support workshop team members including Apprentice Technicians as required.
· Accurately record time to complete jobs and associated details.
· Ad-hoc duties as required.
· Health and safety at work and workshop cleanliness is of paramount importance.
