SalaryAre you an experienced Motoring Defence Solicitor looking for your next challenge? I am seeking a talented individual to join a dedicated team at Associate level (c. 3-5 PQE). For more senior candidates with a following of work, the client are open to considering higher levels of PQE.
This specialised team of motoring offence solicitors is committed to offering expert advice and assistance to drivers across the UK. They focus on defending individuals facing criminal motoring prosecutions, covering a wide range of offences including careless driving, drink and drug driving, speeding, mobile phone usage while driving, and failure to provide a specimen or information.
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing a caseload of various motoring offences matters.
- Regular attendance at court hearings.
- Willingness and ability to travel (full, clean driving licence required).
- Excellent client care skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
