MRB Engineer (Composites)

Due to continued investment, this leading-edge manufacturing business is currently in the midst of a huge recruitment drive and is looking for a MRB Engineer (Composites) to join their growing team in Burnley on a 12 months contract basis.

The Role

Within the role of MRB Engineer you'll be responsible for:

As an MRB Composites engineer, you will provide technical support to production in regards to the technical processing of non-conformities and you will develop methodologies.

Responsibilities include:

* Conducting and overseeing the technical processing of non-conformities in accordance with procedures and customer requirements, in direct collaboration with experts and wider team.
* Ensuring production support.
* Systematizing analysis of recurring cases for the implementation of improvement plans (based on criteria, generic notes related to calculations and expert professions, ECR, etc.).
* Drafting elements to be exported to clients in compliance with existing delegations.
* Responding to customer feedback and inquiries.

You:

* Blueprint reading (functional tolerance).
* Use and consultation of tools such as PLM/CATIA.
* Knowledge of composite materials and their applications.
* Knowledge of assembly processes and/or calculations and/or methods is a plus.
* Practical experience in roles related to MRB activities or technical disposition.
