MRF Lead Shift Engineer

We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced MRF Lead Shift Engineer to join our bustling team in London!

As an MRF Lead Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with both management and operational departments to keep them informed about any issues. Your responsibilities include overseeing and ensuring that repairs and maintenance tasks are efficiently carried out during shifts. In case of necessity, the role requires the ability to fabricate essential components for plant repairs. You will also be responsible for managing stock for the MRF, including bearings, electrical components, and various consumables. Keeping the MRF clean and in a serviceable condition, conducting daily checks, and reporting issues promptly contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

MRF Lead Shift Engineer Requirements:

* Strong customer focus
* Flexible
* Experience working on MRF (preferable)
* Single or 3 phase electrical qualifications or experience is essential
* Hydraulic experience is essential
* Welding skills is essential
* MEWPS certification is an advantage
* Forklift license is an advantage
* First Aid at work qualification is preferable
* Fire Marshall qualification is preferable
