The Role:
- Lead the organisation and management of cyclical maintenance programmes, blending traditional practices with modern innovations to preserve the estates.
- Manage a diverse range of refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and the highest quality standards.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance and risk management, while effectively managing budget and stakeholder relationships.
- Engage, motivate, and lead your team and contractors to achieve deadlines and maintain the estates to the highest standards, incorporating strategic improvements and innovative solutions.
- Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS): Essential qualification with a deep understanding of leading projects and maintenance works.
- Project and Maintenance Expertise: Proven experience in statutory compliance, risk management, cost control, and contract management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and inspire a small team of Supervisors and Surveyors.
- CAFM Systems Proficiency: Adept at leveraging technology for enhanced property management.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects and maintenance requirements simultaneously across the estate.
