Mrtpi Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a UK leading property consultancy on the appointment of an MRTPI Town Planner to their renewables team in Perth (though the candidate can be accommodated from the Edinburgh or Glasgow offices). This is a full-time position.
This particular team specialise in the energy sector and so the successful Senior Planner can expect to work with a range of clients such as major energy utilities providers, network providers, private generators and waste companies. These include site search and evaluation, environmental impact assessment, planning, Development Consent Order (DCO) and Electricity Act applications, Section 106 negotiations, planning appeals and due diligence.
The company has many offices across the UK and has a high number of Directors / Board members who have been promoted from Graduate Town Planner level. The Planning Team is known for their ambitious, energetic and enthusiastic people and the business can offer the opportunity to work on some of the UK's most important and high-profile projects.

-Appropriate degree
-MRTPI status
-Relevant renewables experience
-Enthusiastic and driven approach
