MS Dynamics 365 Lead / Developers

Seeking MS Dynamics 365 Professionals

Location: West of England (Onsite Attendance 2x Weekly)

Clearance: Existing SC Clearance Highly Preferred

We're in search of adept MS Dynamics 365 professionals to contribute to our project alongside a Central Government client in the West of England. Your role will be instrumental in delivering solutions and spearheading digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business needs and translate them into technical solutions utilising MS Dynamics 365.
• Customise, configure, and design Dynamics 365 applications to align with the unique requirements of our Central Government client.
• Develop and deploy CRM solutions, encompassing customisation's, work flows, plugins, and integration's.
• Execute system testing, address troubleshooting issues, and optimise performance to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Offer continuous support, upkeep, and training to end-users to enhance the adoption and utilisation of Dynamics 365.
• Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices to continuously elevate project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in MS Dynamics 365 within a Central Government context.
• Possession of SC clearance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for crafting custom applications and work flows.
• Solid grasp of relational databases, SQL Server, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Contract Particulars:

• Location: West of England (Onsite attendance required twice weekly)
• Rates: £500-£650 per day (Outside IR35)
