Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualised treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to provide effective patient care in a hospital setting
- Experience working with paediatric patients is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess patients' conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
