Multi Modal Freight Export Operative

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Export Operations Coordinator for a well established busy Freight Forwarder. The company are based in the Heathrow area.

Job Description:-

Operations Co-coordinator working within a multi-modal Export Operations team, transacting and arranging the smooth transportation of goods whilst providing the highest level of customer service.

Key duties and responsibilities:-

• The role is mainly handling Air Export shipments (start to finish)
• Quotations
• Completing Export entries
• Track shipments progress
• General administration duties
• Completing MAWB's, HAWB's and Nes entries
• Airline Bookings
• Liaising with overseas agents
• Customer Services (Highest level)
• Pre-Alerts
• Arranging collections (Dealing with Transport companies)
• Invoicing

Key skills required:-

• General Freight Forwarding experience (Air Export essential)
• Excellent PC skills
• Excellent time management experience
• Ability to make own decisions
