Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities of the Multi Modal Operator who will report into the Operations Manager:
- Full documentation process for Import / Export depending on the department of the role
- Liasing with internal and external teams
- Spot quotes for customers for shipping solutions
- Managing, tracking and reporting on the shipment process from start to finish
- Completing customs documentation
- Commute to Manchester
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Multi Modal Operator will have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience across Road, Air or Sea Freight
- Commercial understanding of Imports and Exports
- Customs knowledge (Not Required)
- Great attention to detail
- Organisation and Communication skills
- Commute to Manchester
