KPI Recruiting have an opportunity for a Multi-Site Coordinator, covering our clients sites where we provide temporary staff and have built a strong relationships with. Mainly, covering our Industrial Clients sites across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

The role is a client facing position within the business which is integral to building strong partnerships with key clients. Providing support to site operations by working alongside the clients own team, you will develop an in depth understanding of specific performance requirements and address any quality issues and work with the team to increase productivity.

Day to day duties will include:

• Integrating in to the operations of our client sites and being the face of KPI Recruiting ltd.
• Working with the client to understand the labour forecasting and critical fluctuations
• Liaising with the KPI Recruiting resourcing teams
• Complete inductions and training for temporary employees within the sites agreed process
• Evaluate and improve induction processes as and when needed
• Oversee and support the onboarding process for temporary staff
• Conduct regular check-ins with temporary staff
• Arrange and lead engagement events for our temporary employees and client
• Supervising temporary employees, monitoring time keeping and attendance
• Coaching and guiding our temporary workers

• Full driving license is required to be able to travel across to different sites.
