Multi Skilled Builder

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various construction tasks and possess expertise in joinery 1st & 2nd fix, structural works (including steel installation), roof works and have a proven understanding of general building works on domestic properties.

Must be competent in working as part of an ever expanding team and also be comfortable working independently and proactively.

Main Duties:
- Utilise hand tools and power tools to construct and repair structures
- Execute carpentry tasks for staircase installation, roof structures, etc.
- Work on roofing projects including new roofs, facias and soffits

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Builder or similar role within the construction industry
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to fabricate structures according to architect and structural engineer drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
