SalaryMulti Trade Carpenter based in the Leicester region required to work with a leading Housing Association.
My client requires an experienced multi trade carpenter to carry out reative and planned repairs on tenanted social housing properties across the Leicester, Market Harbourgh and wider East Midlands region.
Work will include carrying out 2nd fix carpentry repairs ranging from hanging doors, lock replacements, replacing skirting and archatrives. As well as basic patch plastering, plumbing and painting.
This is a permament positon working a standard 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. An out of hours rota is in place and candidates will be expect to carry out out of hours calls out on a 1 in weeks basis.
Salary: 30,438 to 33,240 basic OTE 35,00 - 38,000 with our of hours plus.

Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in Carpentry
- You will have experience of delivering multi-trade work with additional trade skills of basic plumbing, patch plastering or tiling
- Full UK Driving Licence
