Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a Multi Skilled Electrician for a social housing provider based in the Northeast. This position would be on a full-time permanent basis, joining the property maintenance team. You will be expected to cover electrical repairs for both domestic and commercial properties.

Multi Skilled Electrician Responsibilities:

• Undertake all Electrical repairs and when required multiskilled works, relevant to domestic and commercial property maintenance to the highest quality and standard.
• Complete repairs utilising ancillary multi-skill knowledge and experience to provide a one stop shop, first fix, first time service to complete a repair.
• Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of all elements of building construction, components, materials, building trades and applicable building regulations.
• Ensure van-based stock is maintained to appropriate levels as well as ensuring the effective procurement for non-stock items via external suppliers or in-house stores department
• Provide on call support with incentive.

Multi Skilled Electrician Experience Needed:

• NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate qualifying you as an Electrician
• 18^th Edition Qualification
• Testing and Inspection Qualification
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience working within a customer facing background
