Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer

Salary: £29,000
Working Hours: 40 per week
Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer with experience of joinery and plumbing? Have you got experience working in hospitality/retail? Are you looking for a company to offer up skilling and training?
Randstad Solutions are working with a well-established facilities management organisation, who are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to carry out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within existing Facilities Management contracts. This is a full time and permanent opportunity based in Yorkshire.

Main duties will include:
- Planned preventative maintenance and statutory maintenance works.
- Reactive fault finding and attendance to breakdown repairs whilst working to stringent SLA and KPI agreements.
- Carry out installation and minor new works in accordance with appropriate policy.
- Carrying out tasks across both joinery and plumbing trades.
- Completing all work related documentation.
- Tasks include fixing doors, sinks, taps, etc.
The Ideal candidate must have the following:
- City & Guilds or similar in Joinery/Plumbing
- Experience of maintenance in hospitality/retail
- Full driving licence is required
- Excellent communication skills
