Job Title: Electrically-Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer

Salary: £42,000 per year
Shift Pattern: 2s and 3s, ensuring every other weekend off!

Responsibilities:
As an electrically qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will report to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager and play a key role in maintaining and improving our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding promptly to machinery breakdowns.
* Conducting constant PPMs.
* Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Playing an active role in promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry.
* Multi skilled with credible electrical qualifications
* Works well under pressure to respond effectively to breakdowns.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
