High Speed FMCG Manufacturer

Salary: £42,000-£46,000

Days & Nights Role

Location: Chineham, Hampshire

I'm currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer position at a High Speed FMCG manufacturing company. They're in search of a candidate with a background in Engineering and manufacturing. should exhibit proactive qualities, be hands-on, and possess strong team player attributes. Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:

Provide effective troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across the plant.

Conduct hands-on repairs on equipment and machinery.

Lead and ensure the efficient resolution of technical escalations, employing root cause analysis.

Support and train Technical Operators to enhance their skills.

Contribute to the development of shift teams' technical knowledge and abilities.

Assist in establishing standard settings and processes, documenting, and training on these standards.

Utilize business IT systems for raising and completing work orders, accurately documenting failure modes, root causes, and solutions.

Act as Duty Manager on shift when required, ensuring site security, integrity, and safety while adhering to emergency operating procedures.

Manage both pre-planned and reactive maintenance, specializing in mechanical and electrical fault finding.
