Your Role: As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll play a vital role in our operations, providing essential mechanical, HVCA, and building services maintenance support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing maintenance and corrective works in alignment with Maintenance Instructions, EMCOR standards, and site-specific procedures.
- Conducting testing and inspections of mechanical systems, adhering to industry standards for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborating with a diverse team to ensure seamless operations and swift resolution of any issues.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a facilities management or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building services, and mechanical systems.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a mechanical engineering discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
