Thisrole is for a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Preference is forElectrical bias) based at our Value Added Thetford site.
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be key inensuring the consistent smooth running of factory machineryincluding planned maintenance and reactive repairs, along withcontinually looking for ways to improve futureprocesses.
- Performing reactivebreakdown repairs.
- Carrying our plannedpreventative maintenance
- Recording alldocumentation accurately and on time.
- Improving equipment reliability, stamping out recurringfaults.
- Ensuring “audit ready” records arekept.
- Experience withina multi skilled maintenance environment, preferably within foodmanufacturing but not essential.
- Goodproblem-solving mindset
- Team player andpromotes a team approach to problem solving
- Work collaboratively to achieve project/companygoals
- Good communicator written/verbal
- Ability to work underpressure
- Organised and able tomulti-task

Experience /Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience as a multi-disciplinedEngineer.
- Previous experience within the foodor FMCG industry would be beneficial.
- Educated to minimum HNC in Engineering /a recognised Multi-skilled Engineeringqualification.
