Multi Skilled Engineer (Refrigeration)

Salary: Up to £45,000pa + OT

Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Role overview:

Assist the Engineering Supervisor, Tech Ops Manager and Site Lead on all matters relating to Operational matters, Regulatory and Statutory compliance. Ensure that all employees and any other persons under your direct control work to GSK Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety procedures and the Company IMS as it applies to the Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Accountable for ensuring that Regulatory activities are carried out, in compliance with GSK Quality System and the Company IMS as defined in GSK and EMCOR UK Cross Site SOPs, Processes, local SOPs together with any adopted procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring all Regulatory logbooks are up to date.
• Take ownership of all refrigeration and associated systems, and ensure all Regulatory items associated with these are compliant including all FGas requirements.
• Maintenance of equipment and utilities to ensure appropriate and correct operation, to operate within specification while ensuring that records are maintained efficiently and reliably as required by Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice.
• Provision of a comprehensive Engineering service to Site Infrastructure by established regulatory standards.

• Demonstrable evidence of multi-skilled technical qualifications including refrigeration / F-Gas training.
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• A good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work to time constraints and prioritise tasks according to the needs of the business.
• Innovative and focused on continuous improvement.
• A self-starter able to operate alone and as part of a team.
