Multi-Skilled Host (Receptionist)

My client requires a Multi-Skilled Host to start work in in Doncaster DN4.

This is working in a large contact centre

Starting 12th Feb until Oct 2024

General Host Duties include:

• Providing front of house & reception duties
• Administrative duties
• Greeting & logging visitors
• Management of meetings and meeting rooms
• Assist in keeping the relax & refuel areas clean and tidy
• Filling up/emptying dishwashers
• Monitoring and reporting on the building
• Ensuring there is a positive environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role (essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good written and verbal skills
• Ability to multitask and organise own work load effectively
• Flexible approach to work
