Multi Skilled Joiner x2

We are currently partnering with a well renounced Housing Association based in Rochdale, who are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join their growing team on a temporary 3-month basis with the possibility to be extended following on from that.

Our client is proud to be UK’s first tenant and employee co-owned mutual housing society, with over 12,000 homes throughout the local area.

This is a full-time position paying up to £20 per hour CIS, with the starting date being as soon as possible.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out responsive works on Social Housing tenanted properties

• Carrying out all aspect of joinery repairs

• Completing minor tiling work and patch plastering when required

• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent

• Full UK driving Licence

• Candidates must have own hand tools

Working hours:

• 08:00 – 16:00

• Monday - Friday
