A well-established commercial linen-hire and laundry business looking to recruit an Engineer, preferably with electrical bias, to work within the Maintenance Department in their Workington based production facility.
This post will report to the Engineering Manager, and as part of the team you will carry out engineering and maintenance functions for the following:
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of equipment.Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and assist with emergency breakdowns.Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance according to planned maintenance schedules.Comply with Health and Safety regulations at all times.

Essential qualifications:
Experience of mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial environment.
Preferred qualifications/experience:
HNC and/or HND in Mechanical and/or Electrical EngineeringExperience of working in an industrial production environment.18th Edition Wiring RegulationsForklift LicenseApprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance and Repair
