We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our bustling team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff.

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will carry out maintenance and improvements to our properties and deliver a high-quality repair service whilst maintaining our homes to the highest standard.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week, the role will involve you travelling and working in the Valleys regions, with occasional travel to Newtown, Powys.

Multi-Skilled Operative Requirements:

We would particularly like to hear from candidates who have previous experience in a repairs or maintenance role and you will also need a broad knowledge and practical experience of all aspects of building maintenance and repairs including general plumbing, carpentry, tiling and patch plastering.

Multi-Skilled Operative Benefits:

• SALAY: GBP29,228 to GBP30,766 per annum
• HOLIDAYS - 24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days, and bank holidays
• SICK PAY - 1-month full pay plus 1 month half pay (after probation)

• OUT OF HOURS - A place on our out-of-hours rota, potentially earning another GBP5,000pa
• OVERTIME available 7 days per week, with prior agreement from your manager
